How To Use

• Wrap the belt around the waist, ensuring it is kept upright. Look for the "up inside" label to help guide you.
• Position the back panel in the centre of the lower spine, ensuring the lower edge rests comfortably near the sacrum.
• Close the hook-and-loop fasteners to a comfortable level of compression.
• Stretch and fasten the double-pull mechanism elastics to add grip and firmness to the splints.
