Recently I purchased a forearm splint for my son’s broken arm, to give him more protection at school than the sling the doctor gave us. In my haste to order, I initially ordered for regular delivery. I had intended to pay the extra for express delivery, so I ordered a second splint with express delivery. I emailed the team who cancelled my snail mail order and ensured my refund occurred within the week. All that extra work for the sales team because I didn’t read the order correctly.
