    HOW IT WORKS?

    This product has been made from a 4-way stretch spandex and has a super absorbent cotton lining that keeps your skin dry. The spandex retains a complete range of movement for the joint and gives gentle compression to relieve pain.

    The nylon and rubber provide firmness to the fabric to support the knees. The fabric also retains natural body heat to aid healing.


    HOW TO WEAR

    • Make sure you order the right fit as per Size Chart below
    • Insert foot into sleeve aligning the light knee joint pattern on top while holding top of the support
    • Pull up to the knee and centre the pattern around the knee cap
    • Check for compression and remove the support if it feels too sweaty to dry the skin and fabric
