- Genuine Carbon Fibre & Aluminium Alloy Hybrid Frame — the C10 uses a true carbon fibre and aluminium alloy composite frame construction, designed to deliver exceptional strength at a lighter weight compared to standard aluminium-only frames. Carbon fibre material is also inherently resistant to rust and corrosion, supporting long-term durability in everyday and outdoor use.
- Lightweight at 15.8kg — among the lightest foldable electric wheelchairs in the Easwe range, making it easier to lift into a car boot, transport in standard vehicles, and manage during travel.
- Dual 200W Brushless Motors (400W Total) — designed to assist smooth, quiet navigation over inclines, gravel, and uneven terrain, with an IPX5 waterproof rating for added protection against rain and splashes.
- Up to 48km Range with Dual Battery — comes standard with one 12AH airline-approved lithium battery (up to 24km range); an optional second 12AH battery extends range to approximately 48km. Note: only one battery operates at a time — the second is a spare to be swapped in as needed.
- Airline-Approved Battery — the detachable lithium battery meets international airline carry-on requirements (UN38.3 certified), designed for hassle-free air travel.
- IP66 Waterproof Controller — the smart joystick controller carries an IP66 waterproof rating, designed to withstand heavier rain and outdoor conditions beyond standard IPX5-rated controllers. Features 360° directional control, clear display, safety horn, and left/right switchable operation.
- 17.7" Seat Width — the C10's 17.7 inch seat width is designed to accommodate a comfortable seated position for the recommended user range.
- Comfort Suspension System — shock-absorbing suspension in both the front wheels and seat is designed to reduce impact on uneven surfaces, supporting comfort during extended use.
- Comprehensive Safety System — intelligent electromagnetic brake system, anti-tip rear wheels, and a seat belt are designed to assist user stability and safety during everyday movement.
- Honeycomb Puncture-Proof Tyres — front and rear honeycomb tyres are designed to handle both indoor and outdoor surfaces without the risk of puncture.
The Easwe C10 may assist individuals seeking powered mobility support in the following situations:
- Limited lower-body mobility or inability to self-propel a manual wheelchair
- Reduced walking endurance due to age, illness, or physical condition
- Post-surgical or rehabilitation periods where walking is restricted
- Progressive conditions affecting mobility (e.g. MS, Parkinson's, arthritis, stroke recovery)
- Frequent travellers requiring a lightweight, airline-compliant powered mobility device
- Users who prioritise premium frame construction and corrosion resistance for long-term use
- Day-to-day independence at home, in the community, or while travelling
Recommended for users between 150–190cm in height and up to 113kg in weight. We recommend consulting a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP to confirm this model is suitable for your individual needs. NDIS participants should contact us to confirm funding eligibility before purchasing.
- The C10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat until the cushion snaps firmly into place.
- Attach the battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks.
- Connect the joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
- Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level indicator and display are functioning correctly.
- Adjust the footrests and armrests to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.

- Wipe the frame, seat, and footrests with a damp cloth — do not submerge in water or use high-pressure cleaning.
- Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Charge the battery after each use and avoid allowing it to fully deplete before recharging.
- Inspect tyres, brakes, and joystick connection regularly — a comprehensive safety check is recommended every six months. Contact us if any component requires attention.
- Consult a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP before use to confirm this wheelchair is appropriate for your condition and individual needs.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 113kg.
- Reduce speed when navigating inclines, ramps, or uneven surfaces — exercise caution at all times.
- Do not submerge in water despite the IP66 controller and IPX5 motor ratings — avoid deep puddles and flooded areas.
- Only one battery operates at a time — do not attempt to connect both batteries simultaneously.
- The seatback angle on the C10 is fixed and cannot be adjusted — if seatback recline is required, consider the Easwe B10 model.
- Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary on a slope or incline.
- Do not modify the wheelchair or its components — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
- Keep children away from the joystick and controls when the wheelchair is powered on.

What makes the C10 different from the D10 and E10?
The C10 uses a genuine carbon fibre and aluminium alloy composite frame — not a carbon fibre coating over aluminium as found on the E10, and not standard aluminium as used in the D10. This gives the C10 natural rust and corrosion resistance built into the frame material itself. The C10 also features an IP66 waterproof controller, which offers stronger weather protection than the standard IPX5 rating on other models. The D10 is lighter at 15.8kg and shares the same 400W motor system — the key difference is frame material and controller waterproofing. All three models have a fixed seatback; users who need seatback recline should consider the B10.
Is the C10 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the C10 features honeycomb puncture-proof tyres, dual 200W brushless motors designed to assist navigation on inclines and uneven terrain, and an IP66-rated waterproof controller designed for heavier outdoor conditions. It is not designed for steep off-road terrain or soft ground such as deep sand or mud.
Can I take the C10 on a plane?
The C10's lithium battery is UN38.3 certified and designed to meet international airline carry-on requirements. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.
Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the C10?
The Easwe C10 may be eligible for NDIS funding under Assistive Technology — Mid Cost or Higher Cost, depending on your plan and support needs. An assessment from an occupational therapist is typically required for powered mobility devices. Australian Healthcare Supplies is a registered NDIS provider. Contact us for assistance with your NDIS order.
