1. Ensure the cast, dressing, or bandage is properly secured before applying the cover.
2. Stretch the diaphragm opening carefully and slide the cover over the arm.
3. Position the sealing ring comfortably above the cast or dressing.
4. Check that the diaphragm forms a complete watertight seal around the arm.
5. After bathing, remove carefully and allow the cover to dry before storage.
