The left side of the waistband hook loop fastener is fastened.

The left leg is inserted into the loop so formed, keeping the perineum bands at the back and pouch on the front; let the waistband come at the waist level.

The pouch is adjusted so as to fit the scrotal sac properly. The right side hook loop fastener on the waistband is fastened for a comfortable tight fit.
