The Easwe S10 may assist individuals, and clinical settings, where a physiotherapist or occupational therapist has recommended supervised standing and walking practice alongside powered mobility. This may include people with:

Recommended for users between 150–190cm in height and up to 109kg in weight. 1. The S10 is shipped directly from the Easwe factory and arrives 95% pre-assembled. After receiving, install the battery and connect the controller as directed in the product manual.
2. Attach the battery pack and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks firmly.
3. Connect the smart joystick controller to the designated port and ensure it is firmly seated.
4. Power on and verify the battery level indicator, braking system, and standing mechanism are functioning correctly before first use.
5. Fit and adjust the suspension belt to the user's size and body weight with the guidance of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist before starting any standing or walking practice.

• Wipe the frame and seating surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap — avoid abrasive cleaners. Do not submerge in water or use high-pressure cleaning.
• Inspect the suspension belt regularly for wear, fraying, or damage — replace if any signs of deterioration are present before continuing use.
• Store in a dry indoor area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Charge the battery after each use and avoid allowing it to fully deplete before recharging.

• Standing and walking practice using the S10 must be carried out under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist or occupational therapist — do not start standing practice without professional clinical guidance.

• Do not use the standing function on inclines, ramps, or uneven surfaces — standing transitions should only be performed on flat, stable ground.
• Ensure the suspension belt is correctly fitted and secured before any standing or walking practice.
• Not designed for slopes steeper than 10° in seated mode, stairs, escalators, sand, or rough terrain.
• Reduce speed when navigating inclines or uneven surfaces in seated mode — exercise caution at all times.
• Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary, particularly during standing transitions.
• Do not modify the wheelchair or suspension system — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
• This device is not designed for use as a sole weight-bearing support without the suspension belt during standing practice.
• Keep children away from the controls when the device is powered on.

How is the S10 different from other Easwe electric wheelchairs?
All other Easwe models are designed for seated powered mobility. The S10 is the only model in the Easwe range with assisted standing and a body weight support system with a suspension belt for supervised standing and walking practice. If your primary need is seated mobility, the B10, G10, or another standard Easwe model is more appropriate.

Does the S10 require professional supervision to use?
For the standing and walking functions, yes — use of the standing mechanism and suspension belt should be carried out under the guidance of a qualified physiotherapist or occupational therapist. The seated powered mobility function can be used independently, like any other Easwe electric wheelchair. We strongly recommend a clinical assessment before purchase to confirm the S10 is suitable for your needs and goals.

How long does delivery take?
The S10 is built to order on a pre-order basis and shipped directly from the Easwe factory. After order confirmation, allow approximately 10–15 weeks for manufacture and delivery to Australia. Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the S10?
The Easwe S10 may be eligible for NDIS funding under Assistive Technology — Higher Cost, subject to your NDIS plan and approval.
