1. The G10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat until the frame locks into position.
2. Attach the first battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks firmly. Store the second battery safely for use when needed.
3. Connect the joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
4. Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level, LED headlights, and display are functioning correctly.
5. Adjust the footrests, leg rests, backrest recline, and headrest to suit the user's height, posture, and comfort before first use.

Both the G10 and B10 feature adjustable reclining backrests with headrests. The G10 offers a wider recline range (90°–145° vs the B10's range), includes two batteries as standard rather than as an optional upgrade, has a higher load capacity of 136kg vs 100kg on the B10, and adds LED headlights and a USB charging port not available on the B10. The G10 is the better choice for users who need maximum recline comfort, higher load capacity, or extended range without paying extra for a second battery. The B10 is the lighter, more compact option for users who primarily need seatback adjustment rather than full recline.

Can the G10 be used for extended periods of sitting?

Can I take the G10 on a plane?
