1. The E10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat until the cushion snaps into place.
2. Attach the battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks firmly.
3. Connect the joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
4. Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level, LED lights, and display are functioning correctly.
5. Adjust the footrests and armrests to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.

• Wipe the frame, seat, and footrests with a damp cloth — do not submerge in water or use high-pressure cleaning.
• Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Charge the battery after each use and avoid allowing it to fully deplete before recharging.
• Inspect tyres, brakes, and joystick connection regularly — a comprehensive safety check is recommended every six months. Contact us if any component requires attention.

• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 113kg.
• Reduce speed when navigating inclines, ramps, or uneven surfaces — exercise caution at all times.
• Do not submerge in water or use in heavy rain despite the IPX5 motor rating — avoid deep puddles and flooded areas.
• Only one battery operates at a time — do not attempt to connect both batteries simultaneously.
• The seatback angle on the E10 is fixed and cannot be adjusted — if seatback recline is required, consider the Easwe B10 model.
• Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary on a slope or incline.
• Do not modify the wheelchair or its components — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
• Keep children away from the joystick and controls when the wheelchair is powered on.

What makes the E10 different from the A10 and B20?
The E10's defining feature is its aerospace-grade aluminium alloy frame with a carbon fibre coating, designed to improve rust resistance and wear resistance compared to standard aluminium frames. The E10 shares the same dual 250W motor system (500W total) and LED safety lights as the B20. The A10 has the same motors but no LED lights. All three have a fixed seatback — if seatback recline is important, the B10 is the right choice. The E10 is particularly well-suited to users who prioritise frame durability and all-weather performance.

Is the E10 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the E10 features 7"×11" honeycomb puncture-proof tyres, dual 250W motors designed to assist navigation on inclines up to 12°, and an IPX5-rated motor for protection against rain and splashes. The LED safety lights also make it suitable for early morning or evening outings. It is not designed for steep off-road terrain or soft ground such as deep sand or mud.

Can I take the E10 on a plane?
The E10's lithium battery is UN38.3 certified and designed to meet international airline carry-on requirements. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.

Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the E10?
The Easwe E10 may be eligible for NDIS funding under Assistive Technology — Mid Cost or Higher Cost, depending on your plan and support needs.
