1. The C20 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat until it clicks firmly into position.
2. Attach the battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks.
3. Connect the LCD joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
4. Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level, LED lights, and display are functioning correctly.
5. Adjust the footrests and armrests to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.

What is the difference between the C20 and the C10?
Both the C20 and C10 use a carbon fibre and aluminium alloy hybrid frame and an IP66 waterproof LCD controller. The C20's key difference is its larger-capacity long range battery, designed to deliver an extended single-charge range for users who cover longer daily distances and prefer not to carry or swap a spare battery. The C10 uses a standard-capacity battery and is the entry point to the carbon fibre series. If extended range is your priority, the C20 is the better choice.

Is the C20 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the C20 features honeycomb puncture-proof tyres, dual 200W brushless motors designed to assist navigation on gentle inclines and uneven terrain, and an IP66-rated controller designed for reliable all-weather performance. It is not designed for steep off-road terrain or soft ground such as deep sand or mud.

Can I take the C20 on a plane?
