1. The C20 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat until it clicks firmly into position.
2. Fit both batteries into the battery compartment and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks, as shown in the product manual.
3. Connect the LCD joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
4. Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level, LED lights, and display are functioning correctly.
5. Adjust the footrests and armrests to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.

• The seatback angle on the C20 is fixed and cannot be adjusted — if seatback recline is required, consider the Easwe B10 or G10 models.
• Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary on a slope or incline.
• Do not modify the wheelchair or its components — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
• Keep children away from the joystick and controls when the wheelchair is powered on.

What is the difference between the C20 and the C10?
Both are lightweight carbon fibre series wheelchairs with dual 200W brushless motors and an IP66 LCD controller. The C20 has a full carbon fibre frame and is lighter at approximately 12.7 kg (vs 15.8 kg for the C10's carbon fibre and aluminium hybrid frame). The C20 also comes with two 10Ah batteries used together for up to approximately 40 km, and supports up to 120 kg. The C10 uses a single 12Ah battery (up to approximately 24 km) with an optional spare, and supports up to 113 kg. If extended range and the lowest weight are your priorities, the C20 is the better choice.

Is the C20 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the C20 features solid puncture-free tyres, dual 200W brushless motors designed to assist navigation on footpaths, light gravel, and gentle inclines up to 12°, and an IP66-rated controller for protection against rain and splashes. It is not designed for steep off-road terrain or soft ground such as deep sand or mud.

Can I take the C20 on a plane?
The C20's lithium batteries are airline-approved and designed to meet international carry-on requirements. As the C20 uses two batteries, we recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.

Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the C20?
