- Place the affected arm comfortably inside the pouch sling.
- Position the thumb into the thumb cradle support.
- Adjust the shoulder strap to achieve the desired arm height and angle.
- Ensure the shoulder pad sits comfortably over the shoulder.
- Secure the buckle and check that the arm is fully supported.
- Adjust positioning for stable yet comfortable immobilisation.
