1. Choose the correct shoulder by flipping the support to suit the left or right arm.
2. Slide the arm through the bicep cuff and position the support over the shoulder.
3. Bring the strap across the shoulder and chest and fasten the closures.
4. Adjust the compression for a comfortable, secure fit without restricting circulation.
