  • Coping with Varicose veins:
    • Avoid prolonged standing
    • Take regular walks
    • Keep leg elevated while sitting if possible.
    • Wear Compression stockings before you get out of the bed while your leg is still elevated.
    • Loose weight if overweight.
    • Avoid constricting clothes such as girdles around the leg.
  • Contraindications
    • Patients with peripheral obstructive arterial disease, peripheral neuropathy, congestive heart failure, septic phlebitis, or oozing dermatitis should not wear Medical compression stockings.

How to Use:-

  • Below Knee, Stockings Should be 2 Fingers Below the Knee Bend.
  • Put on garment first thing in the morning before you get out of bed. Your legs have the least amount of swelling early in the morning. 
  • Broaden the Mouth of the Fabric Cave So Formed & Pull Till It Reaches the Heel & Unfold the Stockings from Heel to Knee.
  • Unfold the Garment from Ankle to Below Knee & Smoothen the Wrinkles from Bottom Upward with Hand


  • If you use lotion on your legs, let it dry before you put on the stockings.
  • Use a little baby powder or corn starch on your legs. This may help the stockings slide up.
  • Put on rubber dishwashing gloves. Use your hands to adjust the stocking and smooth it out.

Product Care:-

  • Hand-wash with mild detergent and water below 30°C without wringing.
  • Dry in shade on a flat surface.
  • Do not dry-clean. 
  • Do not Iron.
  • Do not bleach.

    • For correct size please measure circumference around calf approx 6" below knee and measure circumference approx 2" above the inner ankle joint and refer corresponding size in size chart.
